Move • Breathe • Feel • Regulate • Connect
To mark ADHD Awareness Month, Move On Yoga offers a playful Mommy & Me Yoga & Wellbeing experience at House of Wisdom, combining yoga, Kriya-inspired movement, breathwork, mindfulness, relaxation and meditation.
Designed for mothers and children, the session creates a supportive, multi-sensory space to explore energy, emotions, focus, grounding and regulation through movement and breath.
The Experience
MOVE → BREATHE → FEEL → REGULATE → CONNECT → REST
Participants will explore:
• Conscious Breath – simple breathing techniques to create calm and space.
• Kriya-Inspired Movement – rhythmic movement to release energy, build awareness and support focus.
• Energy Awareness – recognizing when we feel active, restless, tired, calm or ready to engage.
• Emotional Awareness – identifying and acknowledging feelings through movement and mindful pauses.
• Regulation & Reset – practical tools to pause, reset and reconnect.
• Stillness & Integration – relaxation and mindfulness transition from activation to rest.
ADHD Awareness Connection
The experience recognizes that regulation doesn’t always begin with sitting still. Movement can be an important pathway to awareness and focus.
Through shared practice, mothers and children learn simple tools they can use together:
• Move when we need movement.
• Breathe when we need space.
• Pause when we need to reset.
• Connect when we need support.
The goal is to create shared, practical tools for everyday wellbeing, while strengthening connection, communication, and trust between mothers and children.
No prior yoga experience is required.
Children with ADHD enjoy complimentary entry.
To avail the complimentary entry, mothers are kindly requested to present relevant proof of diagnosis at the entrance.
